Thank you. As one who was deeply affected by Kent State, I will never forget what it was like during the time. I was a student at Eastern Michigan University at the time. Our campus erupted immediately after Kent State. The dorm I was living in got tear gassed four times. Anyone who went outside to avoid the teargas was arrested for violating curfew. We were lucky no one was killed during the four days of protesting.
